MY PROPOSITION EVOLUTION
MARKETING, COMMS & SALES ENABLEMENT
I have headed two marketing departments at well-known organisations in their sector, creating and introducing multiple propositions, marketing and communication strategies. Including
all-inclusive rebrands, to a full marketing mix of web, social, events to PR and comms.
Always looking to a digital first approach using an inbound marketing methodology.
PROPOSITIONS, INNOVATION & BRANDING
I have led on workstreams on substantial rebrands in my career. The latest of which was released in early 2020.
I have been fortunate to build notable marketing propositions such as to find skills through a computer game, to increase of digital sales in resources for teaching and learning, which was succesful by creating a 222% uplift in sales in 8 months.
Further innovation in utilising print and digital marketing to exsiting customer groups and the co-creation of the CAM model
(Customer Architect Model) for marketing acquisition of which the SRPM Playbook is based upon.
Provided propositional design for multiple educational edtech products in the last six years. From inhouse solutions to fully developed Learning Management Systems.
In 2012 I devised a strategy and implemented a new brand with a new business unit structure. This venture won the marketing campaign of the year for Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire with the Chamber of Commerce.
In 2016 I was recoginsed as a Gamechanger when my employer at the time acknowledged the propositions I designed to increase market penetration.
THE BEGINING OF MY STORY
I started on this career path in 2006 when I first entered into the educational world.
Since then I haven't looked back.
Simply by never passing up an opportunity.
Although I never started out to be a propositional marketer. The last 15 years I have spent most of my time in the educational sector, designing propositions.
From working for world-renowned educational organisations, to helping educate small and medium-sized companies, I help to create propositions and grow business,
